Path and Present Counselling
Providing support for where you’ve been, where you are, and where you’re going.
Welcome,
If you’re here, you may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or simply carrying more than you can manage on your own right now.
In my practice, I recognize the ways our cultural identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences shape how we move through the world and influence our lives, impacting both the challenges we face and the strengths we carry.
I believe healing happens in a supportive, collaborative space, where we can slow things down and make sense of your emotions and experiences without judgment.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before beginning. We can start exactly where you are, at a pace that feels right for you, while working toward meaningful and lasting change.

ABOUT ME
Hello, I’m Ayan
I hold a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and a Masters of Clinical Social Work (MSW) from the University of Calgary.
In my practice, I believe in therapy that is grounded in connection, collaboration, and curiosity. Reaching out for support is not always easy, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as you are, without judgment, pressure, or the need to have everything figured out.
My approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Together, we can explore the challenges you're facing, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change that aligns with your values and the life you want to live.
